red wine - desperately trying to study french in your spare time, reading poetry by the candlelight, coffee shops, silk bed sheets, smeared lipstick, having a passion towards everything
white wine - reading two books at the same time, niche humour, dried flowers, french pastry, flower scented hand creams, feeling your mascara on your cheeks after crying
vodka - angry logic, forgetting to go to bed because you were too busy thinking, short hair, reading dostoyevsky, trees covered in snow, cold hands, bruises appearing out of nowhere, smeared mascara
whiskey - leather jacket, falling asleep on the couch, under eye circles, vintage crime films, messy hand writing, has no mental stability, eye contact, unfinished letters, modernist books on bedroom floors
beer - night outs with your friends, old jean jackets, eating fast food instead of a healthy dinner, road trips, falling asleep on the backseats of your car

Always have a list of things to do. A schedule for every single day. The tasks on said schedule don’t need to be very specific but make sure you’re never bored, it easily leads to binging!
These rules are for me so don’t think these are things you need to do any of these
Only drink water, vitamin water, sparkling water
Drinking your calories is just as important as eating them, track them too
Have at least one cup of green tea a day
Use an app to track your calories (MyFitnessPal, Lose it, etc.)
Walk anywhere and everywhere
Always set a calorie limit for the day, even if its a loose range)
Only eat around other people (it gives the impression that you’re eating with them and by yourself)
Exercise hard 5 days a week and run/walk one day: you get one rest day (unless you fast, then rest that day as well
Fast once a week
Always keep in mind why you’re doing this.
Never fall in love with the way your thispiration looks. You should never strive to become another person, you are only making yourself into a better version of you!

1200 calories a day -> - 0.3 - 0.7 kg a week
800 calories a day -> - 0.7 - 1.4 kg a week
500 calories a day -> - 1.5 - 2.5 kg a week
1200 calories a day -> - 0.6 - 1.5 lbs a week
800 calories a day -> - 1.5 - 3.1 lbs a week

Don’t purge!! This includes throwing up your food or using laxatives!I know that this is an extremely difficult thing to do but it’s extremely important and you try your best not to. Sometimes after a large binge you may think that expelling it from your body may be a good idea but it isn’t, and it’s not worth the few calories that you’re getting rid of by doing so!
Brush your teeth! After binging, or if you think you may eat more, brushing your teeth makes everything taste minty and brushing your teeth, for some people, has calming abilities! DISCLAIMER! IF YOU PURGED OR THREW UP YOUR FOOD, DO NOT BRUSH YOUR TEETH, RINSE YOUR MOUTH WITH WATER! Brushing your teeth after throwing up can cause your teeth to corrode, more so than stomach acid does.
Drink water! No need to go crazy with the water though, odds are eve if you drink a little, it will make you a little bloated. However,drinking a ton can hurt your body and actually put you in pain. Drink a bottle or two, slowly, and lay down. LAY DOWN ON YOUR LEFT SIDE! LAYING ON YOUR LEFT SIDE HELPS YOUR BODY DIGEST ALL OF THE FOOD IN YOUR SYSTEM AND IT CAN HELP BLOATING LESSEN A BIT!
Work out! After binging i like to do a few sit-ups and curl-ups if it’s late at night, but if it’s daylight still then i like cycling or jogging. I usually keep going until i get really exhausted but even if you don’t exercise yourself to near death, any amount is okay.
Sweat! If you have access to a sauna, some gyms do, then i highly recommend bundling up and spending a good amount of time in one, or bundling while you exercise! Sweating feels really good after a big binge and it helps rid your body of bad stuff from the junk you ate.
Ice bath! I know a lot of people despise these but they burn a surprising amount of calories. I actually hate ice baths, but after most showers ill rinse off in freezing cold water, but you have to be freezing for it to burn anything!
Plan your calories! After a binge i love going on tumblr and finding ‘diets’ or calorie plans. Especially those 10 day ones that are super forgiving if you need to start over. It’s also fun to plan meals and such, looking at other meal plans for inspo.
Forgive yourself! It was a mistake and you’ll come back from this stronger than you were! It will be okay!
Take a nap, sleeping burns calories
Read a good book, or even a book on ED’s (skinny, wintergirls etc.)
Clean something, clean your room, clean you house etc.
Do chores, or whatever needs done around the house
Take a shower/bath (cold showers and baths burn calories)
Exercise at home, i.e. sit-ups, curl ups, lunges, little things.
Do yoga, or try it out if you never have
Meditate, maybe you’ll love it who knows?
Go on a walk
Read through tumblr or pro ana websites
Shave
Paint your nails
Do your hair
Do your makeup
Experiment with makeup
Take an epsom salt bath
Do a face mask
Moisturize
Make a lip scrub
Go shopping for new clothes
Go to your favorite online stores and add them to a wish list
Dance
Go outside
Listen to music
Make new playlists for every situation and mood
Blog
Write a poem
Write a story
Drink water
Drink coffee

So any binging I’ve done over the last few days has been due to fighting with my partner. When we weren’t together…I basically fasted & never binged… how about that? 🤔🤔🤔
So… just bought my partner a 3 scoop waffle ice cream cone. A woman said “how can you eat that & be so tiny?!”
I said “it’s not for me lol”, which is true. I could’ve also said, “do you know how easy ice cream is to purge? I could eat all of this & throw it up in 15mins”
Goals 😝
Positive: the second person who has told me I’m tiny in the last few days 😎 then I look in the mirror & see how fat I am 😔
Negative: sitting separate from my partner now cause he’s mad at me cause I asked him for something that was 1 step out of his zone, that would have been good for us, but yeah, would have required him to put in effort, so I’m bad for that… even though my 100%+ is required constantly…. yeah I’m drunk, & this is fucked up, & I don’t know what to do.

Wow so had some massive highs & lows & im not even halfway through.
The lows are self inflicted stress, which has a positive of putting my stomach in knots so no hunger 🙃 but yeah feel like rubbish, & have lots of thoughts running through my head…
A high: being told by guys & girls that my body is amazing: 1 girl even told me I was tiny (think she might have had an ED too - she was obsessed with my collar bones), though I know I’m not tiny - check out the thighs below!
Which is my next low - my clothes being tighter than I thought they would be. I’ve been restricting heavily over the last few days but I don’t feel like I’ve lost any weight (& I don’t have scales this week! 😵) so yeah, that sucks big time.
Kind of a positive: I told someone I was bulimic. I have not told anyone! & the response was supportive-not judgemental, just wanted me to be better. Also asked me why, cause my body was amazing… i didn’t say it, but was thinking, “yeah, that’s why you think it looks amazing”.
Yeah life is insane right now. I needed this break to recoup, but I don’t think it’s going to end up working out that way. I really need to decide what I want out of life, & what to do moving forward.

Don’t eat until you’re full. EVER. Eat merely until you’re comfortable, a little less than that if you can. Leave yourself hungry enough that you can feel the pit in your stomach and you feel as if you could eat an entire second meal.
That second meal won’t consist of food; instead, your stomach will be munching on your fat. Leave it hungry enough that it can eat.
